1 is a reading lamp with an orange flashing light that represents the churches in our landscape as beacons. In use, or desecrated, they still dominate the skyline. We use them to navigate in our world, like a lighthouse that guides and warns. At the same time, would we really use it as a reading lamp, reading would be an ordeal, gaining knowledge from a book would half the time be granted, and the other half we would sit in the dark. Here too I can find a similarity between this flashing image and the relation between churches, knowledge and books.
A second chair was transformed into a sled, just for fun.
